Client:Claro Argentina, by the group América Móvil, leading provider of telecommunication services in Latin America with operations in 18 countries on the American continent. Claro brand is present in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico and Uruguay.


Project Scope: Our client needed to control the information of the sale processes, for which a creation of a price simulator situation that modifies variables as prices, phone models and geographies among others was required; and therefore the responsible for the sale could know which documents the client should submit every time a sale was made.

It was a requirement to provide an adequate handling of permits for each user to have access to the relevant information within the application.

Implemented Solution:A portal web based on MS Sharepoint including the development of data fields and tailor-made webparts, specially developed to comply functional requirements, was implemented.

Price and document simulators get information through webservice access that provides information stored in an Oracle Server database.

For permits administration, a tailor-made list field for the users mapping (roles) and permits was developed. A special field list was developed to facilitate massive e-mailing using RTF editors for editing messages content.
